Our menu evolves monthly to showcase the finest produce from Tokyo, Fukuoka, Osaka, and other regions across Japan, sourced three to four times a week to ensure unparalleled freshness and an ever-changing array of flavors. Among the culinary highlights is the exquisite Taihaku Goma Abura tempura, celebrated for its exceptional quality and delicate flavors. Guests can enjoy live presentations of Kuruma Ebi (Tiger Prawn) and Seasonal Chiayu (Baby Sweet Fish), along with Shark Fin Tempura, Uni Tempura, and other special seasonal ingredients, creating a dynamic and unforgettable dining experience.
Please note that our restaurant features two Chef’s Counters, each located in separate rooms with a maximum capacity of 10 seats each. Therefore, online reservations are limited to a maximum of 4 guests. For groups larger than 4, please contact us directly to make a reservation.
